Management Change Announcement

Team, we'd like to share an update regarding our leadership team. Ben DeBenedictis will not be returning to the role of Manager, Seasonal Programs and Competition Services.

I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Ben for his many years of dedication to Stowe. As a longtime Stowe employee, he has brought an immense amount of passion, expertise, and commitment to our programs and has helped shape the Stowe Ski + Ride School into what it is today.

We're pleased that Ben will continue as a member of our team this season in the role of Instructor/Trainer. As a PSIA-AASI Educational Staff and Eastern Team Member, Ben remains focused on his goal of earning a spot on the National Team. He will continue to be a visible presence within our school, helping develop some of the best snow sports coaches in the country.

Please join me in thanking Ben for his contributions and in supporting him in this next chapter.

Seasons of Change

As we wrap up August and head into September, we're entering a season of change. That's a fitting reminder that one of life's few constants is change itself.

This season, we'll see several meaningful changes in the way we work. Some will be highly visible, while others will be more incremental. These changes include new tools for coaches, enhanced guest experiences, updated onboarding processes, and additions to our management team.

Change can be exciting, challenging, and rewarding. Together, we'll continue to adapt, grow, and build an even stronger Ski + Ride School.

Please check out the sections below for previews, updates, and announcements.

See you on the trails!

Tim
