Hi Ski & Ride School Leadership Team,

As the mountains shift into fall, excitement for winter is already building. While recent communications have focused on the guest and instructor experience in SRS in the My Epic app and Lesson Connect, we’re now turning our attention to the tools that support you, our leaders. Whether you used Lesson Connect last season or will be using it for the first time this winter, we're excited to introduce the expanded Supervisor View, with new tools and enhanced visibility to help leaders manage daily operations more efficiently.

These new tools help simplify class management, lesson assignments, line-up operations, active lesson oversight, and end-of-day reporting, all from one place.

With real-time access to key lesson information, Assistant Managers can:

• View daily guest inventory and class rosters
• Quickly identify check-in requirements, including ROLs, allergy information, and other important guest details
• Review past lesson history and level assessments
• Access class assignments in real time, from lineup to chairlift
• Eliminate paper processes and carbon copies

All designs are subject to change during development.

Stay connected to lessons throughout the day with tools that allow you to:

• Monitor lunch counts by location
• Support wellness check-in and check-out procedures
• Access student photos and critical guest information when needed
• Filter and sort classes by age, level, discipline, and more
• Quickly identify a student's assigned instructor for guest support, parent inquiries, or mid-day checkouts without having to dig through carbon copies

All designs are subject to change during development.

At the end of the day, Assistant Managers will be able to:

• Manage instructor check-out and track completion of required tasks
• Review student achievements and instructor notes
• Monitor skill review completion across instructor teams
• View instructor photos shared with guests through the app
• Access new reports on instructor activity in the app, including photo counts across your team, an improved class history report, and more.

This is just an early look at what's coming. Once we begin leadership training, we'll share additional details, training resources, and implementation plans to help prepare you and your teams for Lesson Connect and SRS in the MyEpic app.
