New this year, we’re improving upon how you submit your schedule. Last summer, we trialed an online submission using a Google Form, and are now transitioning to signup.com. Signup.com has some additional benefits, namely having a limited number of shifts available each day, so get your commitment in early!! When a day is full, you will no longer be able to sign up for that day. This format better allows us to schedule staff according to the needs of our guests and will reduce the amount of phone calls you receive to either pick up days or be called off.
Here is the link to the traditional copy of the commitment calendar with instructions about how to use signup.com. You can use this document to plan out your work days before entering them into signup.com. Calendar options have been simplified and changed, so read them carefully. The new minimum part-time commitment is 20 work days, plus 1 training day. This reflects a change we’ve seen over recent years where more of our guests are coming during non-holiday periods and almost all of our part-time staff already work more than 18 days. We also added a 25 day commitment calendar with more flexibility (previously a 30 day commitment).
Here is what we need from you:
If you’re not planning on returning next season, that’s OK, email StoweSnowPros@VailResorts.com to let us know.
Part-Time, use the attached commitment calendar and submit your work days using signup.com. Read the options and instructions carefully!
Full-time, email stowesnowpros@vailresorts.com confirming which days off each week you’d like (e.g. Tuesday-Wednesday), and any other days off you’re requesting. Our opening day is scheduled for Thanksgiving Thursday November 27, 2025!
Buster coaches email stowesnowpros@vailresorts.com with your intent to return part-time or full-time, and standby for more information from Ben.
Holiday help commitments are available to returning coaches and require 12 red days. Submit a calendar on signup.com.

We invite you to submit your work commitment calendar for the 2025-26 season! Your commitment now gives us the summer to plan staffing for next season.

Signup.com has additional benefits, namely having a limited number of daily shifts, so submit your commitment early before shifts fill up! When a day is full, you can no longer sign up for that day. This format better allows us to schedule staff according to the needs of our guests, thus reducing the number of days staff are asked to pick up days or be called off.
You can use the calendar below to plan your work days before entering them into signup.com. Calendar options have been simplified and changed, so read them carefully. The new commitment is 20 work days, plus one training day. The choices reflect our need to balance our staff between Saturdays and Sundays on the weekends and throughout the holidays. Please connect with us if there isn’t an option that’s ideal for you, and we’ll be happy to work through the possibilities.
A Part-Time Commitment must be for at least 20 days throughout the season (feel free to add more than 20 if there are spaces).

Option 1) Choose every Saturday or every Sunday and 3 days over Christmas and President's week (red weeks).
Option 2) Build 20 days with the following requirements.
Red Days: Select 10-11 available Red Days.
Yellow Days: Choose 7 or 8 available yellow days.
Green Days: Choose Green Days to get to 20 total days.
If you cannot fulfill the commitment above because the days are already full, please get in touch with us, and we will work with you to solidify your commitment calendar.
