Pay Periods
Pay periods are biweekly starting on Sunday. Pay dates are the Friday after the pay period end.

How is overtime calculated in Vermont?
Non-exempt Vermont employees earn an overtime (OT) wage for all hours worked in excess of 40 hours in one work week. A work week is Sunday through Saturday.
When will my W-2 be available?
Your W-2 statement for earnings received in 2025 will be available in late January 2026. Go paperless and you'll get early access to your W-2 while also supporting our Commitment to Zero.
