How to Sign up for Direct Deposit
We encourage you to sign up to receive your pay electronically when possible.
Direct deposit is the fastest way to receive your pay – it’s delivered to your account instantly on payday, even if you’re not at work that day

If eligible, your end of season bonus will go straight to your bank account and you won’t have to worry if your mailing address changes when the season ends
To sign up to receive your pay electronically, go to EpicEmployee > My Pay, select My Pay Info, then choose Pay Options and add your bank account information.

How to enter or update your direct deposit information:
Log in to Direct Connect: Take Action
Select My Pay
Select View My Pay Info
Select Pay Options
Click Start
Enter your account details
(You may choose to add up to 10 pay options – if you want to split your pay between multiple accounts, see the information below)Select Balance as your Deposit Type, then click Next
Enter your ACH authorization, then click Next
Review the paperless pay statement information, then click Next
Verify and confirm that all your information is correct, then click Submit. After you submit you will see a confirmation page.
Click here to view a Sample Check to help you identify your routing and account number. If you don’t have paper checks, many banks provide an option to view your “Account Details” in your online banking account, which will display your routing and account numbers. If you have any questions, please contact your bank.
Please sign up 10 calendar days prior to the upcoming pay date to ensure your next check is direct deposit. To confirm how your check will be paid (direct deposit or paper) you can view your pay stub in EpicEmployee >My Pay > My Pay Info the Wednesday prior to pay date.
How to add multiple pay options:
If you would like to split your pay between multiple accounts, enter the information for each account in Step 6 above. In Step 7,
Select Percent as your Deposit Type to deposit a percentage of each paycheck into the account
Select Amount as your Deposit Type to deposit a set dollar amount each paycheck into the account
You must set one account to Balance in order to save and continue to the next step.
