ProConnect Troubleshooting

Step 1.

  • Make sure their WIFI is on.

  • Network: EpicEmployee

  • Password: Belowzer0

Step 2.

  • Close both the Ski School ProConnect tool site and Epic Employee website.

Step 3.

  • Open settings

  • Scroll down until you see the icon for Safari or apps.

  • If Apps.  Press and then scroll down until you find Safari

Step 4.

  • Press safari.  Then scroll down until you see “Clear History and Website Data”

Step 5.

  • Press “Clear History and Website data”.  This will give you options, press all history.

Step 6.

  • Open ski school proconnect tool.  They will need to log in again.  They will get the Microsoft Authenticator two-digit code.

Step 7.

  • Enter the two-digit code into Microsoft authenticator.

  • They will need to approve it twice for some unknown reason.

Step 8.

  • In the upper left hand corner of the Microsoft Authenticator app will be a small link that returns you to the Website you are asking to authenticate.  Press it.

Step 9.

  • If the Ski School Proconnect tools does not load immediately pull down on the screen as if to refresh it and it will remember what to do and load the screen.
